msncntrl designs and builds custom dashboards. This page covers the one place we collect personal details: the enquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name and email, your phone number and team or business name if you give them, your answers to the questions and anything you write.
With it comes how your visit started: the first page you opened on this site, the name of the site that sent you (just the site, not the page), and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which pages and ads bring enquiries. Your browser keeps these in the tab until you close it, and they reach us only if you send the form.
What we don’t
No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We don’t store your IP address with your enquiry. To stop the form being flooded, the server remembers recent addresses in memory for a short time, and never saves them.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. You get one email confirming we received your enquiry. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details.
Where it’s kept
In our own database, on a server we rent from Hetzner in the United States. A copy of each enquiry is emailed to our business inbox, and our emails are sent through Resend. Nothing you send goes anywhere else.
How long
For as long as we need it to reply to you and for any work that follows. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email we’ve sent you, or send the request through the enquiry form.
